Service Description

Physical training is instrumental in the development of high-end athletes. Athletic development away from the game is extremely important. Sport Specific Functional Training: Training that directly enhances sport specific performance Skill Training: Currently we provide hockey specific skills training only i.e. stick handling, shooting, and passing. Flexibility/Mobility: Increase range of motion and elongate muscles through dynamic flexibility training. Strength & conditioning: Strength and conditioning training is fundamental for all athletes and greatly enhances performance when done correctly. Cancellation Policy

Please give advanced notice for any cancellations so that the lesson slot can be filled. Students who cancel same day or are no shows for a lesson are still responsible for payment for the lesson. At the discretion of your instructor a same day cancel or no-show lesson fee may be waived. We understand life happens, but also must maintain integrity with bookings. Thank you!
